Explain the task. Keep the worker.
Explain a routine task the way you would to a new colleague. An AI assistant designs digital workers to handle it, with estimated costs and savings for each one. You fine-tune your pick, try it on realistic test data (made up, so none of your real records are needed), then download the software to keep.
Want proof for your own checks? Request sample files through the Trust Center.
What you told it
“Check each new invoice against its purchase order, send mismatches to finance, and flag anything odd for a manager.”
The place your digital workers are made.
A digital worker is software that handles one routine task from start to finish, like checking invoices, the way your team does it. It does the repetitive part and asks a person to sign off where a decision needs one. Nx·Studio builds these workers with you and shows each option's estimated running cost, hours saved and payback time.
Automation that adapts to your team.
Nothing to rent, and no need to bend your process to fit someone else's tool. You explain how the work is done and get software built for it, tried first and handed over to keep.
Business and IT, side by side.
Leaders who want results, experts who check the design and the IT team who will run it all work in one place, on the same worker.
From a few sentences to finished software, in six steps.
Describe the task
Fill in the 10-step guided form or just write a few lines. You can also begin from one of eight starter packs and attach your own documents.
Compare the designs
Our AI assistant suggests up to five designs, from careful to ambitious. It scores each one, corrects its own mistakes and tells you which fits best.
Fine-tune your pick
Drag boxes around to reshape the design, no coding needed. A simple chart shows who does what, and you fill in what the worker needs to know.
Try it on test data
The worker does the job on realistic test data, made up so nothing real is at risk. Step through it or run it end to end, sign-offs included.
Get the finished software
First you see a full list of what you'll own. Then you download the complete software, ready for your team to set up on your own systems.
Own and run it
Your team runs it on your own servers or cloud, with the AI model you pick. Nothing from us is needed to keep it going: no license check, no usage fees.
Four safeguards, all checkable.
Most AI products use the same few AI models. What sets Nx·Studio's workers apart is the Foundation beneath them: four building blocks you can check yourself, instead of taking our word for it.
A full trial run before day one.
Every worker gets test data shaped like its real work, made up so none of your real records are needed. Run it step by step or from start to finish, and watch it stop wherever a person must approve. You can test several workers together, fast-forward time, and score each test run for accuracy, cost and safety.
Your rules, applied the same way every time.
List the rules your business must follow. The AI assistant builds them into the worker wherever it can and tells you about any it can't. A built-in rule gives the same answer to the same case every time, without AI. For routine decisions nobody has written down, our separate Cognitive Engine can learn them from past examples.
Know what it will do, step by step.
Every worker comes with a blueprint, a plan anyone can read. It shows what the worker does, who signs off on what, when a case goes to a person and which systems it uses. Each change is saved as a version you can compare or undo. Business teams can view it as a simple chart of who does what. Like everything the platform makes, it belongs to you.
Proof of exactly what you received.
Before you download, you can see exactly what you're getting. The download includes a signed list of every part of the software (a bill of materials), so any change would show, plus a tool to check it offline. It also includes a security risk review and a guide that maps it to the documents the EU AI Act (Europe's law on AI) asks for. The worker runs without us: no Nexgile software, no license check, no usage meter, and nothing sent to us.
AI makes the judgment calls, but people stay in charge. At each approval step the worker waits for a person, in its own review inbox or in Slack, Teams or email. You can also set a minimum confidence score. By default a low score only raises a warning, but you can choose to send those cases to a person instead.
Made for your business, not off a shelf.
You won't pick from a catalog of ready-made workers. First, an AI assistant learns how your organization runs: your teams, systems, goals and rules. Then it designs workers to fit, each with clear steps, sign-off points and an estimate of what it should save.
-
Begin the way you like
Fill in the 10-step guided form, paste your notes or write a single paragraph. Or start from one of eight starter packs, from month-end bookkeeping to sorting urgent IT requests.
-
Up to five options to weigh up
Careful, balanced, ambitious, regulation-first or lowest-cost. Each one is scored on fit, safety, cost and more, and shows what it should save.
-
Checked before you see them
The AI reviews and corrects every design before it reaches you. Ask for more detail on any step and it fills it in.
-
Your rules, in everyday language
Write your rules the way you'd explain them to a colleague. The AI builds them in wherever it can, so those steps need no AI, and tells you about any it couldn't.
Change it by dragging, not coding.
Each worker shows up as boxes and arrows you can move around, so anyone can follow it and change it. A second view lays out who does what, by team, person and system.
-
Pieces for every kind of task
Forty kinds of steps, from AI steps and rules to sign-offs and system connections, plus sixteen ready-made patterns. No code to write.
-
Who does what, at a glance
Every person, team and system has its own row, so anyone can see who, or what, takes care of each step.
-
Mistakes caught as you go
The Studio checks your design while you work, so problems appear straight away. A readiness score tells you how close it is to finished.
-
Every version kept
Each save is kept as a version. Compare two, merge changes or go back to an earlier one.
Seen working before it's trusted.
Each worker gets its own realistic test data, made up so none of your real records are needed. You watch it at work before it goes anywhere near your real systems.
-
Test data made for each worker
Made-up records that look like the data the worker will really handle. You can also upload samples of your own, up to 200,000 rows.
-
See each step happen
Go one step at a time, replay any moment of a run and see exactly what happened along the way.
-
Sign-offs, as in real work
The run pauses wherever a person has to sign off, exactly as it will in real work. You approve or reject each action, and can undo those that can be undone.
-
Workers tested as a team
Run several workers at once, even with the clock sped up. The Studio points out clashes, such as two workers changing the same record.
Each test run is scored for accuracy, speed, resilience and coverage, which is exactly what your buying team will want to see. We can share a sample report on request.
Ask for a sample test reportReal software you keep.
You don't just get diagrams. You get complete, working software your team runs itself. Each worker can use a catalog of thousands of integrations, ask your people to sign off, and run in your own cloud with the AI model you pick.
-
Works with your software
Thousands of ready-made links to other software in the catalog, SAP, Oracle EBS, Workday, Salesforce and ServiceNow among them. Your IT team enters each system's login details. Workers can also reach any system that has a standard web connection (an API) or a standard AI tool connection (MCP).
-
Sign-offs come built in
Every worker has its own review inbox where people sign off its work. Switch it on and requests can also arrive in Slack, Microsoft Teams or email. You decide who approves each step.
-
Your cloud, your choice of AI
Run it on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Databricks, Snowflake or Kubernetes. Pick from eleven AI providers, including AI models running on your own computers.
-
Keep an eye on it, if you like
Optional dashboards and alerts that warn you if a worker starts acting differently, plus operating guides written for your team. You choose them when you download.
See running costs before you commit.
“The cheapest AI call is the one you never make.”
Estimates come first
Each design shows its estimated monthly running cost, the hours it should save and when it should pay for itself. So you can weigh options by value, not just features.
Rules don't need AI
Wherever possible your business rules are built in, so those steps use no AI. The Studio shows how much of each worker runs on fixed rules, and how to increase it.
No meter once it's yours
Once downloaded, the worker runs on your systems and your own AI accounts, which bill you directly. Nexgile has no meter, so heavier use never raises what you pay us.
Every step, in plain words.
Every digital worker comes with a blueprint, a plan anyone can read. It shows what the worker does, who signs off on what, where each case goes and which rules it follows. Nothing is tucked away inside the AI or locked in someone else's platform.
Each change is saved as a new version. Developers compare versions, managers read the plan as a simple chart, and all of it belongs to you.
- New invoices — matched to the order and the delivery note
- Everyday cases — settled by a fixed rule, same answer each time
- Refund sign-off — one reviewer, any amount
- Unclear cases — passed to a person to check
- New invoices — matched to the order and the delivery note
- Everyday cases — settled by a fixed rule, same answer each time
- Refund sign-off — finance team above $10,000
- Unclear cases — passed to a person to check
Just an example: one change between two versions of a worker, as the Studio's version history would show it.
You don't have to start from scratch.
How your work runs today, the automation you already depend on and the software bots you already use can all give you a head start.
Spot the best tasks to hand over
Optional module: share activity records from tools such as Celonis or UiPath, and see which tasks are most worth automating, ranked for you.
Turn old work into a worker
Optional module: hand over existing AI code written in Python, or process diagrams in the standard BPMN format, and get back a digital worker you can change.
Team up with your bots
Mark which steps your current software bots already do, in tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere or Power Automate. The worker gets a hand-over ready for your team to pass to them.
Learning from your records and importing code or diagrams are optional modules, and you choose what to share.
It keeps improving, and stays yours.
Every improvement goes into software you own, and each change is kept, so you can look it over or undo it.
Your fixes teach it
When reviewers correct the worker in its inbox, those corrections can become AI training data that belongs to you.
A full change history
Compare changes, roll back to an earlier version and see which version earned each test score.
Upgrades that respect your edits
Optional: if a worker is rebuilt later, the code changes your team made can come along, and any clashes are flagged.
Ideas to make it better
The Studio looks at your test runs and suggests changes, like a cheaper AI model or running some steps at the same time. Each one is your call.

Before you download, the Studio shows exactly what you'll get, with a short PDF summary for your managers. Inside the download is a signed list of every part of the software (a bill of materials), so any change would show up. Your IT team can check it offline. There's also a security risk review, and a guide matching it to the documents the EU AI Act, Europe's law on AI, asks for. It is not an official compliance check.
Your worker doesn't need us to run: no Nexgile software, no license check, no usage meter, and nothing sent to us. Stop paying us and it keeps working.
Does Nexgile keep a back door?
No. We keep no keys, there's no license check, and nothing is sent to us. The keys and the code stay with you, on your own servers or cloud.
Could we get stuck with you?
No. You receive the complete software, with its tests, set-up files and optional guides. One command starts it, and it needs no special platform.
And if Nexgile disappeared?
Your workers would carry on running on your own systems, since they need nothing from us. You can even run the Studio on your own computers, completely offline, with a Nexgile license key.
Want proof it's ready for real work? Ask for sample files, a page of the operating guide and a test report through the Trust Center.
What's yours to keep.
All counts are taken from the delivery records published on this site. A digital worker is software that does one defined task by your rules. You get the software itself, as source code you own, not a renamed bot or script.
Nx·Studio builds your digital workers. Nx IDE helps your developers code with AI. The Cognitive Engine handles routine decisions it has proven it can get right.
