Nx·Studio
Explain a task in plain words and an AI assistant designs workers for it. Try them on test data, then download the one you want as software you own.
- Made for your business
- Tried on test data first
- Owned outright, no usage fees
Nx·Studio builds digital workers: software that handles routine tasks for your team. Nx IDE helps your developers write code with AI. The Cognitive Engine handles routine decisions after it has shown it gets them right.
Explain the job in everyday words and get digital workers built for your business. They handle the routine volume, so your team can take on growth without hiring at the same pace.
Watch each worker do the job on realistic test data, made up so no real records are needed. Each run is scored for accuracy, cost and safety.
All the software the platform makes is yours to run. There's no fee each time a worker decides, and no subscription to renew to keep it going.
Every decision can be explained, checked and run again. That's why we focus on fields with tight rules, like finance and healthcare.
Nx IDE plans, writes, tests and reviews code, with 31 built-in specialists. In Orchestrator mode, a lead helper hands each change to a separate tester and reviewer.
Work with the AI providers you already use, or a model running on your own computer. Match the model to the job, and never be tied to one supplier.
By default it asks before every action. Set rules for what it may do, add your own checks, cap spending if you like, and undo any step with one click.
Cortex builds a map of your code on your own computer. It shows how the pieces connect and what a change could break, even in decades-old programming languages like COBOL.
Each worker comes with a blueprint: a plan anyone can read, covering every step. It shows ahead of time where a person must sign off, when a case goes to a person and who reviews each sign-off.
Each sign-off is recorded. You can also switch on a log that shows any later change, and a record of where every piece of data came from.
Every download comes with a signed list of its contents, which your IT team can check offline, and a review of security risks.
Testing can run on test data alone. Start from a written description and none of your real data changes hands, so no data agreement is needed.
You begin by explaining the job and end up owning working software. At every step, there's something you can check for yourself.
Write a paragraph or fill in a guided form. You can add documents too, and with optional add-ons, records from your systems, existing AI code or process diagrams. Whatever you share is used only to design your workers, under a data agreement signed first.
Starting from a written description means none of your real data is shared, and testing can run on test data alone.
Our AI assistant suggests up to five designs, reviews its own work and recommends the best fit. Workers can link to your other software through a catalog of thousands of integrations, such as SAP, Oracle EBS, Workday, Salesforce and ServiceNow. Your IT team gives them access. They can also work with any system that has a standard web connection (an API).
Each design is built for you, from your own process or a ready-made starter pack, and its plan is yours to read before it runs.
Workers do their job on test data shaped like their real work. Try them step by step or from start to finish, with real sign-off pauses, and run several at once if you like. An optional attack test (red teaming) throws known hacking tricks at them.
Each trial run is scored on accuracy, cost, safety and more. Compare versions side by side, or step back through a past run.
Once you're happy, download the complete software and run it on your own servers or cloud, with your choice of AI model. It needs no Nexgile software, has no fee per decision, and sends nothing to us.
See what's in every downloadEach download includes a signed list of its contents that can be checked offline, plus a report of everything you now own.
Nx·Studio builds your digital workers. Nx IDE helps your developers code with AI. The Cognitive Engine handles proven routine decisions. The Foundation lets you check everything. What they make is yours.

An AI helper for your developers inside the VS Code editor. It plans, writes and checks code using the AI model you pick, and by default asks before it changes anything.
Our engine for routine decisions. It learns from past cases your people confirmed, has to pass an exam before acting, then answers in milliseconds with no AI model involved.
The safeguards inside every Nx·Studio worker that make it predictable, easy to explain and provably yours.
Most AI products use the same few AI models. What sets Nx·Studio's workers apart is the Foundation beneath them: four building blocks you can check yourself, instead of taking our word for it.
Every worker gets test data shaped like its real work, made up so none of your real records are needed. Run it step by step or from start to finish, and watch it stop wherever a person must approve. You can test several workers together, fast-forward time, and score each test run for accuracy, cost and safety.
List the rules your business must follow. The AI assistant builds them into the worker wherever it can and tells you about any it can't. A built-in rule gives the same answer to the same case every time, without AI. For routine decisions nobody has written down, our separate Cognitive Engine can learn them from past examples.
Every worker comes with a blueprint, a plan anyone can read. It shows what the worker does, who signs off on what, when a case goes to a person and which systems it uses. Each change is saved as a version you can compare or undo. Business teams can view it as a simple chart of who does what. Like everything the platform makes, it belongs to you.
Before you download, you can see exactly what you're getting. The download includes a signed list of every part of the software (a bill of materials), so any change would show, plus a tool to check it offline. It also includes a security risk review and a guide that maps it to the documents the EU AI Act (Europe's law on AI) asks for. The worker runs without us: no Nexgile software, no license check, no usage meter, and nothing sent to us.
AI makes the judgment calls, but people stay in charge. At each approval step the worker waits for a person, in its own review inbox or in Slack, Teams or email. You can also set a minimum confidence score. By default a low score only raises a warning, but you can choose to send those cases to a person instead.
Plenty of AI tools ask an AI model about every decision, even ones they've seen many times over. The Cognitive Engine takes those routine decisions over. It learns from past cases your people confirmed, has to pass an exam before acting, then answers in milliseconds with no AI model involved. You can read every rule it learns in plain words.
It connects to the AI tools you already use through a standard connection. Its results so far come from simulated businesses using test data.
A guess from an AI model never counts as a lesson.
By default, hundreds of cases it has never seen must all come out right.
There's no call to an AI model, and the same facts always get the same answer.
Anything new or unusual is passed to a person, or to AI if you allow it.
Each digital worker comes with a blueprint: a plan anyone can read, showing its steps, rules, sign-offs and connections, with every version kept. Nothing is hidden in AI instructions or locked in someone else's software.
An illustration: one change between two versions, in plain words. The same blueprint works for everyone. Developers compare versions like code, business teams see a simple chart of who does what, and auditors get a summary of what was built. The Studio checks it at every save and turns it into software for the cloud you pick. It belongs to you.
Pay-per-use platforms bill you each time a worker makes a decision. We don't. Wherever possible, your business rules become fixed checks that never use AI. Before anything is built, each design shows an estimate of its running cost, and the Studio points out where a worker could cost less and behave more predictably.
Steps that still need AI run on your own AI accounts, or on AI models you host yourself. Each AI agent has a limit on how many steps it can take, and you can set a time limit for every run. Where an AI system makes the same decisions all day, the Cognitive Engine can take the proven ones off the AI bill entirely. It's a separate product, not part of Nx·Studio workers.
Since the software runs on your side, there's no license fee and no meter counting decisions. Using it more never raises what you pay us. Your AI provider bills you directly for any AI your workers use.
Our business model is built the same way: you pay for the build, not for every run. A supplier that charges per use earns more as you depend on it more. We'd rather you were independent. Help after handover is optional, on your terms.
Fixed checks never call an AI model. It's how they work, not a discount.
Each design shows its estimated running cost, hours saved and payback time. Trial runs show what each run really cost.
The software runs on your own systems, so there's no license fee and no Nexgile meter that climbs as you use it more.
Bring this list to every comparison. We're happy to answer each one.
Will you see a worker's plan before it runs, or only reports after the fact?
What still works if you cancel?
Do you get the whole software to keep, code and all?
Is there a charge per decision? What does your bill do if the work doubles?
If the AI makes a mistake, are your routine decisions affected too?
Could a cleverly worded email trick the worker into breaking your rules?
Is what you see in the demo the software you'll really get?
Can you try it on realistic work before it goes near your real systems?
Must you hand over real data just to try it out?
Who signs off on what, and is that built into the software or only a setting?
Can you verify the “no lock-in” promise yourself?
Does each number you're shown say how it was measured?
Our answers are all on this page.
Here's what we mean by each one, in everyday language:
Software that handles one routine task from start to finish, the way your team does it. It's yours, not rented.
A plan anyone can read, showing every step a worker takes. Each version is kept, and you can review it before the worker runs.
Everything you receive: the complete software, ready to run on your own systems without us.
See a sample downloadFull business applications we built and delivered, each ready to carry the client's own brand.
Each one handles a routine task by set rules and was handed over for the client to own.
Including finance, healthcare, manufacturing, energy, legal, logistics and automotive.
All counts are taken from the delivery records published on this site. A digital worker is software that does one defined task by your rules. You get the software itself, as source code you own, not a renamed bot or script.
We design and build your digital workers end to end, then hand it all over for you to own.
Expert teams build custom AI systems, and the software around them, shaped by your goals.
Seasoned engineers and AI specialists join your team when you need extra hands, on your terms.
