Think of a made-to-measure suit: the price is agreed before the tailor starts, it is cut to fit you, and once it is finished it is yours. The price depends on the tasks your digital workers will handle and the systems they connect to, not on how often they are used. Any help after that is optional. If you stop paying us, nothing stops working — the software stays yours.
The project itself
This is where most of the cost sits. We design your digital workers, build them and hand them over. Before we start, we agree what's included, which tasks they take on, which systems they connect to and the price. How much you use them never changes it.
After handover: your choice
You can keep us involved through our optional Managed Delivery service, for upgrades and day-to-day running. Or your own IT team takes over completely. The software comes with its tests either way, and operating guides and monitoring are there if you need them.
Change it when it suits you
Want something changed later? Ask when you're ready, not when a subscription renews. If we rebuild a worker with improvements, an optional tool carries over your team's own edits and points out anything that conflicts.
Why there’s no price list on this page.

What it costs to keep running.
Every digital worker has two kinds of step. Where it can, your business rules become fixed checks, and fixed checks never touch your AI bill, because they don't use AI. Before anything is built, each design shows its estimated running cost, the hours it should save and when it should pay for itself.
Steps that need judgment, like making sense of an unusual document, use your own AI provider account or an AI model running on your own computers. You pay that provider directly, at your own rates, with no Nexgile meter on top. Each AI part of a worker can only take a set number of steps, and you can put a time limit on every run. And if the same routine decisions come up all day long, our separate Cognitive Engine product can take the proven ones off your AI bill completely.
You won't find a promised percentage saving here. We'd rather show you how the costs work, so you can work out your own numbers before you sign.

Nothing changes for your workers, because the software is yours. It runs on your own servers or cloud, sends nothing to us and has no meter we could switch off. Every download includes a signed list of everything inside, and your IT team can check it offline.

What exactly is ours when the project ends?
Everything the platform makes for you: the software, its step-by-step plan (the blueprint) and its tests. You also get a review inbox wherever a person signs off, plus dashboards and setup files if you want them. It runs on your own servers or cloud, with the AI model you pick. No license keys, and nothing that needs Nexgile to keep running.
